All click and collect orders will be held for 7 days.
Orders which are not collected within 7 days will be returned into stock and a refund will be issued.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 28 days.

Items to be returned can either be brought to the shop for a refund or exchange, or posted back with a valid receipt. Please note that we do not hold any responsibility for the cost of postage on returns and we advise that you send items through recorded delivery in order to ensure your item reaches us safely.

We are happy to refund or exchange any purchase, subject to it being returned unworn in its original condition and packaging, and with all its labels still attached.
